Help Desk and Support

For our clients with current maintenance contracts we provide telephone and email support during office hours to resolve technical or product issues.

We also provide software upgrades free of charge as part of all maintenance contracts and clients are advised of the availability and suitability of all new releases.

We will shortly be making available a knowledge base of hints and tips for the various Cognos solutions including some of the IBM technical publications.  This will require an initial registration to gain access.  Once registered you will then be able to log on and search for relevant articles.
