We also provide software upgrades free of charge as part of all maintenance contracts and customers are advised of the availability and suitability of all new releases.

Product Support – Our support team will work with you to make sure you receive the latest updates and fix packs. For on-premise customers making sure the servers are configured correctly and the environment is stable and secure.
Application Support – Budgeting Solutions Application Support is an optional service designed to provide ‘Peace of Mind’ should application issues arise within the life cycle of a solution.
Cloud Support – We discuss your support requirements whether that be in your hosted Cloud or IBM’s Software as a Service Cloud environment.
Software License Management
Through the evolution of a solutions usage knowledge can sometimes leave the business resulting in the user community not necessarily aware of what licenses they have. This is exacerbated by compliance concerns or the need to reduce costs associated to the software renewal.
